Today up to 4 generations work together. That can be both exciting and explosive.
How does that work in the world of CSR, ESG and Sustainability?
Any business is a collection of people, most likely of different age groups.
Like in any group, there will be individual preferences and #generationaldifferences playing a role on decision making.
That’s where #CSR, #ESG and #Sustainability play a huge role on connecting all people in all their differences.
When #CSR reflects the collective values of individuals and society then it unifies generational differences to a greater good.
The older generations with their experience, have the ability to leave a legacy of positive doings and change the course of a global disaster.
The younger woken generations drive restless demanding change and standing up for it.
#Greta Thunberg is only one of the many voices we all learned to listen, and she is the opening act for a different generational scenario where young voices are heard. (Hurray!)
It is the perfect combination if we all understand that we are all doing it for something much bigger than ourselves.
When generational equity is on the table, we will see less conflict and more synergy towards real change.
