We are often asked why the name GivingBack Films?

The name came from the realisation we had filming a CSR documentary in a remote village in Senegal, Africa. The video was shot during a week of immersive experience learning about all incredible work done by World Vision.

Sometimes we think we are giving back to those less privilege, but it’s completely the reverse.

They are giving back to us the hope and humanity we often lose sight of in our daily lives.

To be able to see first hand the transformation that social responsibility brings to people is inspirational.

Our role was to capture how the efforts of 350 employees in the UK gathering donations for an entire year was changing the life of that village.

Little did they know they would be changing our lives forever.

Shortly after that film our co-founders Juliana and Andrew decided they wanted to create a video production company focused on impact stories.

GivingBack Films was born because more people and organisations should know the stories behind sustainability, CSR and ESG efforts.

All organisations can be a source of inspiration, all sustainability journeys matter.
